As part of one of the large program engagement with a Telecom equipment manufacturer and Telecom Infrastrucutre service provider, we are engaged in delivering B2B ecommerce solution around various custome applications to run their business across the globe. IVL is looking to stabilize and grow this account and looking for a Delivery Head to manage the Overall Account, from offshore. This role entails, managing multiple projects, stakeholders, P&L, account mining, Team management, Hiring, Retention, Knowledge management, and more. You will be part of an exciting growth and an exciting account, bringing in innovations and digital business solutions. The position requires strong Technology delivery background and an aptitude to keep up with changing technology trends.

Experience (minimum 5 years) in TechnicalDeliveryManagement.

Experience (Min of 3 years) with handling maintenance & Enhancement, Production Support and Integration projects

Experience (Min of 3 years) with handling 50+ team size with diverse technology and across Dev, QA, Support, Release

Experience (Min of 3 years) with directly handling US client

Solid end-to-end project management experience, frompre-salestodeliver, including requirement analysis, scoping, resourcing, budgeting, scheduling, quality control and customer management.
