About the Project –
The project is to handle Production Incidents and Development on Billing , manage the production trouble tickets spike and for mainframe resources for day to day operations and development. Consumer Trouble Ticket monitoring and resolution and operation automation of operation area and development for the projects on the Mainframe (Cobol/DB2, CICS technology) to deliver the business programs.
Brief of the Role -
· We are seeking a highly-skilled, professional to join our dynamic and growing team. In this position, one will take care of development and solving the assigned tickets in an efficient, timely manner.
Role Responsibilities –
o role is responsible for support and Development . Handling tickets within SLA's
Handle the development activities /Milestone of project
· Must Haves –
o Handling and trouble shooting the inncidents adn solve the tikcet in MAinframes,
o Strong in communication
Should be hand on dev activities
o Reduce the count and see there are no escalations.
